Betty Rosbottom, author of 11 cookbooks, former syndicated food columnist, and contributor to Bon Appétit Magazine, will give you an inside look at what goes into writing a cookbook. From the proposal to the creation of the recipes and how many times they are tested, to the photography, the publicity, and more, she’ll explain with humor (sharing some of the unexpected but funny mishaps that happen along the way) and with depth the details of what it’s like to author cookbooks like her most recent one, Sunday Casseroles, and her current project, Soup Nights.
