About the East Lawn
This beautiful lawn is a perfect spot to enjoy a picnic or spread a blanket and relax. We added a panoramic sign that explains the view and what is seen when looking south over the water. In the northwest corner, we installed a Little Free Library that is there to “Take a Book, Leave a Book”, every day of the year, 24/7. This spot is perfect for birdwatching; at any time ther are wonderful resident birds and this is also a good place to watch migratory birds in the spring and fall. Enjoy!
